Subscriptions & cancellation
The terms describe upfront subscription fees, cancellation to prevent renewal and generally non-refundable payments, subject to mandatory consumer law.
One-off credit packages
The refund page says no subscriptions or automatic renewals. It describes a seven-day refund window, fewer than 30 messages, media usage at or below 80 credits and fewer than five created bots. All criteria must be met.
Unresolved contradiction. The home page also advertises free chat. That does not establish free media generation, an unlimited allowance for every account, or the billing terms that apply at checkout.

Privacy deserves a separate check
Access without sign-up does not mean access without data collection.
What the policy describes
Prompts, reference images and generated outputs are processed. IP addresses, browser types and device information are logged. The policy mentions cloud and payment providers, model improvement, account retention and access or deletion rights.
It does not establish zero retention of every input or output. Deletion and technical safeguards were not independently audited.
Public visibility is consequential
The media forms showed a public-visibility switch enabled in the inspected session. Section 3.3 of the terms describes a broad licence for content made public, including display, distribution, derivative use and model-related uses.
Do not equate a visibility toggle with a complete confidentiality guarantee.
Age, consent and geography
The service states 18+ eligibility and restrictions affecting people located in, resident in or citizens of Mainland China and Hong Kong. Its terms prohibit sexualized minors and non-consensual depictions of real individuals.

What is Dreemy AI?
Dreemy AI is a browser-based platform combining fictional-character chat with character creation and image and video tools. Its public presentation emphasises adult-oriented use, but a product description is not a technical evaluation. This independent guide focuses on the interface and the practical questions a reader can assess before sharing data or spending money. It does not operate the service, offer chat access or host explicit media. The observations come from public English-language pages and a limited browser inspection, not an authenticated account test.
What do the different options actually mean?
A character is a named fictional profile with its own description and tags. It is not the same thing as an AI model, which refers to the system producing responses or media. The editor separates identity, introduction and greeting fields; the chat area separately lists model, memory and background controls. For media, text-based inputs and reference-image inputs appear as distinct tabs. Output quantity, resolution, duration and public visibility are settings, not guarantees about the quality, privacy or cost of a completed result. No generation was run for this review.
Who is the platform intended for?
The service states that users must be at least 18 and meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction. Adults researching fictional-character tools can use this guide to understand the terminology and the limits of the available evidence. The visual collection presents ten fictional adult characters using real source artwork. Their biographies explicitly state a numeric adult age or describe the character as an adult. “Models” is used here as a familiar gallery label, not a claim about the underlying AI systems. Is Dreemy AI free, or does it cost money?

More importantly, the terms describe subscriptions and cancellation, whereas the refund policy describes one-off credit packages with no recurring subscriptions. What distinguishes it, and what remains unverified?
The combination of a character catalogue, an editable character form and image and video workspaces is visible in the inspected product. That is a factual description of its scope, not evidence that it outperforms alternatives. Response quality, actual memory capacity, moderation consistency, generation fidelity, latency and long-term account history remain untested. Its privacy policy states that inputs and outputs are processed and that technical data is logged, so no-sign-up messaging should not be equated with anonymity. The useful distinction is between a control we could see, a claim the operator publishes, and a result we have not independently verified.

Does “no sign-up” mean my data is not collected?
No. Public access and data handling are separate issues. The privacy policy describes prompts and uploaded images, generated outputs, technical logging, third-party service providers and model improvement.
Are these portraits really from Dreemy AI?
Yes. The gallery uses actual illustrations from public Dreemy AI character profiles, not generated replacements. The ten selected biographies explicitly state adulthood. Portraits are cropped for the cards; selecting an image opens the original non-explicit artwork. Reuse authorization was confirmed by the site owner.
Are the screenshots generated or reconstructed?
No. They are limited, real interface excerpts captured in an English-language browser session. They are cropped to remove unrelated promotions and sensitive imagery. Their captions distinguish visible controls from untested capabilities.
Were the image and video tools tested end to end?
No. We inspected public controls but did not upload files, send chat messages, publish a character, generate media or make a payment. Output quality and paid entitlements remain unverified.
What does the adult-content label tell me?

The ten selected character profiles were individually opened and their adulthood statements checked against the main biographies. No account was created, no conversation was sent, no media or bot was generated and no payment was made. Character-artwork reuse authorization was confirmed by the site owner.
